A massive majority voted to stay and develop ingfield for the next 5 years at least. Promises of new sponsors, committed finance and pitch improvement was sufficient information not to even listen to the Dewsbury offer.

The vote to stay at Ingfield was 29 for, and 3 against. An overwhelming majority want to stay and develop. Guess the local shopkeepers will be re-assured !

Well if the vote of the commitee is to stay and redevelop ingfield, lets make sure that thats what gets done, many people are fed up of others saying that something is to happen but never does. if the club fails to do so then we all see this as a missed opportunity for something to happen to the club and will be very dissapointed.

so lets hope that the re-asured shopkeepers are prepared to support ossett with sponsorship and advertising around town if we are to develop and promote the club to the people of ossett then the local trades people have a role to play
