I've just watched the ossett-worksop game and I have to say I'm disappointed. What's going on with the team and their new 'manager'. They seem to have lost all drive and where's our yorkshire grit gone! They can do, and have done better. The individual players are sound, despite their apparant dislike of holding onto the ball for any length of time, and there seems to be no desire to win. Having been informed of the recent managerial change and desertion of players whom were to be our rising stars this season there must be something majorly wrong with the team's management. Our players didn't even seem to know where the others were on the field and multiple times ploughed straight into trouble. I don't profess to know how to manage a team but it seems that in order to manage a team, you first have to have a 'team' to manage. And that means practicing together before a game, not 'meeting your new teammates in the dressing room' as my partner puts it. Again, this is a managerial fault - how can you expect to play in sync with others if you've not had plenty of practice matches together? -t seems this new 'manager' has a long way to go if he wants to restore pride, grit and ambition into this team, either that or he should step aside for someone who knows how to lead a team to victory.

I totally agree there is a severe managerial problem we should get shut before the team falls into complete disrepair we've already had players leave and now there is no drive at all the players just don't seem to want to play for him. wake up and get shut it's almost embarrassing to be an ossett fan

Disappointing result in the context of Worksops recent cull of players and problems.
It's now doing the unibond circuit that there are serious problems at Ossett Town. A little John & Edward in the X factor it's not Paul Lines' fault that he's the man in charge
